Sunday I stopped in The Asheville Public for brunch. The place was not busy so if you want a quick Sunday brunch and avoid the brunch rush downtown, TAP seems like a good alternative.
I ordered the Huevos Rancheros (two poached eggs, refried beans, roasted tomato salsa, guacamole, spiced sour cream in a corn tortilla basket).

What a winner winner chicken dinner! That spiced sour cream is off the chain! The combination of the runny egg and refried beans and being able to soak it up with that tortilla shell, heaven!
I will be stopping by the TAP for more Huevos Rancheros soon.
