This happened a couple weeks ago on Twitter. A twitter user requested Louis C.K. come to North Carolina as part of his upcoming tour. Here is the exchange:
Louis C.K. has always had a unique perspective on LGBT issues. Here is clip from his special Shameless, where he discusses gay marriage and why he wants to blow Ewan McGregor:
And Ewan McGregor seems totally cool with the proposition:
Also Louis C.K. recently revealed on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno that he wishes he was gay:
But perhaps my favorite Louis C.K. moment on LGBT issues is where he weighed in on the Tracy Morgan controversy. Tracy Morgan stirred controversy last summer when a fan posted on Facebook what Morgan said on stage:
He said if his son that was gay he better come home and talk to him like a man and not [he mimicked a gay, high pitched voice] or he would pull out a knife and stab that little N (one word I refuse to use) to death.
Morgan later apologized, but here is Louis C.K.’s response to the controversy on Nightline:
Now is Louis C.K. really not touring in North Carolina because of Amendment One? Probably not, but it’s funny to think about anyway.
For the hardcore Louis C.K. fans the closest he is coming to Asheville is at The Classic Center in Athens, GA on November 30th. Tickets can only be bought here, directly through his website.
