Mosaic Cafe Asheville

Biltmore Park Town Square receives a lot of flack from locals. One thing I don’t quite understand is the Biltmore name, when it is nowhere near Biltmore.

But one great, somewhat new addition to the park has been Mosaic Cafe. Mosaic serves great moderately priced breakfast and some of the freshest sandwiches for lunch in Asheville. Every time I eat at Mosaic I feel like I have put something healthy into my stomach.

Yesterday for lunch I had the Roast Beef panini (rare roast beef, provolone, red pepper, Boar’s Head horseradish, tomato, on grilled  sourdough) with house made pasta salad.

Overall a pretty hearty and solid sandwich. Although I prefer Mosaic’s Southwest Chicken Wrap.
