Spicy Yellowtail roll and Shrimp Tempura roll

Green Tea Fusion at 1840 Hendersonville Road recently changed owners and the new restaurant is Sogo Fusion. The menu seems to be similar but has several more sushi options.

Sogo Fusion has pretty good lunch deals such as any two rolls for $7.50 or any three rolls for $9.50. I dined at Sogo Fusion this past Tuesday for lunch. I had the Shrimp Tempura roll and the Spicy Yellow Tail roll. The Shrimp Tempura roll was particularly tasty, fresh and tasted like shrimp. I say that because I’m always skeptical about sushi after watching the following video:
